Billy Squier - Don't Say No (1981)

This album is 29 years old. A lot of good records from this year like Blizzard of Ozz and Moving Pictures. Mr. Squier is indeed a guitar god but also an excellent creator of rock anthems. Has a good share of rock hits that still air on the classic rock radio stations which is always a good thing because his stuff was flawless and his band was kind of the step after Zeppelin died off. I'm fanatically into music where it's based heavily on the guitar first and lyrically second. Some people can pull it off most people can't such as the majority of guitar virtuosos such as the prick himself Yngwie Malmsteen could never do. Simplicity over technicality any day. I hate the trend people trying to be creative and it sounds like shit. Happens all the time nowadays. Songs to check out "In the Dark", "Whadda Want From Me" and "Too Daze Gone."

1. "In the Dark" - 4:09
2. "The Stroke" - 3:38
3. "My Kinda Lover" - 3:32
4. "You Know What I Like" - 2:56
5. "Too Daze Gone" - 4:05
6. "Lonely Is the Night" - 4:42
7. "Whadda You Want from Me - 3:43
8. "Nobody Knows" - 4:20
9. "I Need You" - 3:52
10. "Don't Say No" - 3:20
